Justice Sector Unique Identifier Code 1998 Proposed Amendment No. 2

The Privacy Commissioner has given public notice of her intention to issue an amendment to the Justice Sector Unique Identifier Code 1998.

An information paper containing information to assist in public consultation is attached.  A copy of the current code and the proposed amendment are included in the information paper.  These materials are also available on our website at www.privacy.org.nz.

Written submissions on the proposed amendment are welcomed and may be made not later than Friday 14 November 2008.  Submissions should be addressed to:
