Operating matches

The list of operating matches is comprised of all those matches that have their legislative provision included in Schedule 3 of the Privacy Act.

These matches must be operated in accordance with Part 10 and the Information Matching Rules contained in Schedule 4 of the Privacy Act. You will note that some legislative provisions result in more than one operating match.
