Can I send out a list of members’ contact information in a club newsletter?

Yes, but only if you first let your members know and give them a reasonable opportunity to opt off being included in the contact list. Some people may have good reasons for not wanting to share their contact details, and people’s preferences should be respected. Let people know when they become members that their contact information will be made available to other members in case they want to keep their information private, and notify existing members about the proposed sharing of contact information, with the option to opt off the contact list.

You might also want to consider if the contact list should be printed separately to the newsletter so that it can be easily discarded when the list is updated.
