We’ll use the information you share here to deal with your question and for reporting on all the different questions we get asked. We won’t respond to any submissions that are rude, offensive, or unrelated to privacy.

This form will be removed on 30 April 2026. We're changing the way we respond to public enquiries. Our complaint form will not change and you will still be able to make complaints about your privacy rights.
